Najeeb grew up in the Northern part of Ghana in farming community. He has a High National Diploma in agriculture engineering from Tamale Technical University and Degree in agriculture technology from university for development studies (UDS).

Najeeb has nine (9) years’ experience as practical agriculturalist, Najeeb has work with both profit and nonprofit making organizations as agriculturalist. Najeeb has both local and international experience in managing agricultural project in cereals, legumes, vegetables, three crops and animals’ production in both rainfed agriculture and irrigation.

Najeeb has been involved in numerous projects and committees, including non-profit organizations such as Ide international development enterprises (Ide) as production manager, agro-lead as a consultant, Ministry of food and agriculture as pprsd officer.
Outside of work Najeeb enjoys playing and watching football with friends and family always interested in learning new and innovative ways of solving problems.
